1. What CStream Player is

CStream Player is a media player application. It does not provide, host, supply or broadcast any TV channels, live streams, movies, series or any other media content of any kind. It is supplied with no content whatsoever.

2. Content is yours, and so is the responsibility

Any playlist, channel or media you access through the app is added by you, using your own subscriptions or third-party services. We have no control over, no involvement in and no affiliation with any content provider.

You are solely responsible for the content you load and play, and for ensuring you have the legal right to access it in your country. You must not use the app to access content you are not entitled to.

3. Your licence

Buying a key grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use CStream Player on the number of devices the key allows. It does not transfer ownership of the software.

You may not:

  • share, resell or publish your key without our written agreement;
  • attempt to bypass, patch or defeat the licensing;
  • redistribute a modified version of the app.

A key found to be shared publicly, obtained fraudulently, or paid for with a reversed or charged-back payment may be cancelled without refund.

4. Free trial

Each device gets one 7-day free trial with every feature unlocked. No payment details are required. Reinstalling the app does not start a new trial.

5. Refunds

Because a 7-day trial lets you test everything before paying, refunds are not offered once a key has been activated. If a key has not been activated, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it.

6. Updates and availability

We aim to keep the app working and updated, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change over time. Activation requires an internet connection; the app keeps working offline afterwards for a period.

7. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for your licence.

8. Copyright complaints

We host no content, so there is nothing hosted by us that can be taken down. If you believe the app itself infringes your rights, contact us and we will respond promptly.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated version.
