Activate your key
Your key looks like CS-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX. It is entered in the app, on the device you want to activate — not on this page.

Open CStream Player on the device you want to activate
The licence is tied to that device, so enter it on the TV box, TV or phone you will actually watch on.
Go to the activation screen
When the trial has ended the app opens straight onto it. Otherwise: Settings → Account → Enter activation key.
Type the key
Use the on-screen keypad with your remote. Dashes are added for you, and the letters that are easy to confuse (O, I, L, S, B) are never used in a key.
Done
Activation is instant. The app unlocks and stays unlocked on that device — you never need the key again unless you change device.
Key not recognised
Check for a typo. Note that the character before a number is often a letter that looks like it — the alphabet avoids 0/O, 1/I/L, 5/S and 8/B for exactly this reason.
Key already used
A standard key activates one device. If you changed device, contact us with your key and we will release it.
Nothing happens
The device needs to be online for the moment you activate. After that it works offline.
