Does CStream Player include channels or movies?
No. It is a player and nothing else — it ships with no content, no playlists and no channel list. You add your own playlist from a provider you already use. We have no control over, and no affiliation with, any content provider.
What do I actually get for my money?
The app. The licence unlocks CStream Player after the 7-day trial. It does not include, and has nothing to do with, any subscription to a content provider.
How many devices does one key cover?
Two screens: your phone, plus one more — a TV box today, a Windows or Mac computer when the desktop app lands. Both run on the same account, so one key unlocks both. Need more than two? Ask us or your reseller about multi-device keys.
I changed my TV box. Can I move my licence?
Yes. Contact us with your key and we'll release it so you can activate your new device.
What happens when my yearly licence runs out?
The app returns to the locked screen and your playlist and settings stay exactly as they were. Enter a new key and everything is back. Renewing early adds the time on top — you never lose days you already paid for.
Do I need an account?
No. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to remember. Your key is the only thing that identifies your licence, so keep the email it came in.
Does it work without internet?
Streaming obviously needs a connection, but your licence keeps working offline for a while — a flaky connection will never lock you out of an app you paid for.
